Directions:

Take a cube with you in the shower, break it up in your hands with a little water, massage gently on wet skin and rinse. (Tip: Half a cube is usually good enough for your whole body)

You can also use like a soap bar. Wet the bar, scrub directly onto skin, and rinse. Let bar dry before next use.

Use 2-3 times a week - body only!
